Montreal, April 18, 2013. – : Canadian Rights in Quebec (“CRITIQ”) is pleased to announce a conference on civil rights in Quebec in conjunction with the Institute for Public Affairs in Montreal (“IPAM”) to be held on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Delta Hotel located at 777 University Street in Montreal.

Presenting speakers will be:
