POLLS SHOW THAT 75% OF QUEBECERS FEEL THAT THE CHARTER DIVIDES!

A recent TVA online poll shows that 75% of Quebecers believe that the proposed Charter of Quebec Values divides more than it unites Quebecers. tva.canoe.ca/emissions/salutbonjour/sondage-resultats

CRITIQ demands that the Provincial government address these numbers and explain why it chooses to pursue divisive politics rather than address governance issues such as rampant corruption and a declining economy.

The provincial government has an obligation to respond to the demands of its citizens rather than neglect opinion polls and major institutions.

The fact that the Provincial government chooses to pursue policies that destroy growth and social cohesion clearly demonstrates why Montreal deserves a Special Status within in order Quebec to protect the rights of citizens.

CRITIQ is a Quebec based organization dedicated to the protection of all fundamental civil rights and liberties available to Quebec residents by our nation’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms and by the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  CRITIQ is not a political party, nor does it aspire to be. Rather, it seeks to answer a recent call to leadership to put a stop to the economic demise of Montreal.
